Sarah has been with her husband since 1998. Together, they have three children: Caleb, Brooklyn, and Braden. Sarah graduated from Haughton High School in 1999 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Northwestern School of Nursing in Shreveport in 2004. She continued her education at Texas Wesleyan University where she obtained her Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia in 2009. Currently, Sarah is pursuing her Family Nurse Practioner degree at Texas Wesleyan University and is set to graduate in July.
Rachael Deere
APRN, FNP, Owner
- Rachael’s journey reflects a strong sense of dedication and adaptability. Born and raised in Haughton, Louisiana, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. After six years in the insurance and investments sector, Rachael decided to follow her true passion for taking care of others. She went back to school at Northwestern State University in Shreveport, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Currently, she is advancing her career by pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree in graduate school, aiming to offer a broader range of services to her clients. Rachael is married to Dr. Patrick Deere, and they have been together for twelve years. Their family includes four children who are currently in college and one is a nurse. They have two beloved furbabies, Remy and Roxy. Outside of. her professional life, Rachael enjoys playing tennis, which provides a perfect balance to her busy life.
Kristen Cortez

Clint Morris

Clint Morris graduated from Haughton High in 1996. He started dating Sarah in 1998, and they tied the knot in 2005, remaining happily together ever since. In 2000, Clint began his career at Sports South, where he dedicated nearly 20 years of service. In May 2019, Clint and Sarah embarked on a new venture, opening their own office, which has thrived over the past few years. The couple has three children, aged 17, 18, and 23. In his spare time, Clint enjoys playing golf, a hobby that provides relaxation and enjoyment amidst his busy schedule.
Dr. Patrick H. Deere MD
Medical Director & Family Physician
Dr. Deere is a dedicated and experienced Family Physician with a strong commitment to delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care. Patrick Deere, MD, is a family medicine physician at the North Bossier office of Bossier Family Medicine, LLC, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Dr. Deere graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Maarten. He completed a family medicine residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) at Shreveport, where he was co-chief resident and was awarded Resident Teacher of the Year. He maintains his advanced medical credentials with continuing education to stay current with the latest family medicine research and diverse health conditions.
In his role as Medical Director for Premier Medicine, LLC, he collaborates closely with the team to ensure the delivery of evidence-based practices, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring that best practices are followed across clinical services. Dr. Deere and team actively engage in continuing medical education to stay at the forefront of advances in aesthetics and family medicine and health technology, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care.
Dr. Deere values a balanced lifestyle and enjoys playing golf and trips sailing in California where his family resides. He loves his family and his pups!
